James did a great job at selling our Condo. He got it on the market quickly and we had someone come to look almost every weekend. Our condo sold within 2 months and before any of the others in the neighborhood sold. James worked with us every step of the way and promptly informed us of anything new happening.

Working with James was a breath of fresh air. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. Thankfully James took the pressure and managed the whole process for us, and quite comfortably I might add. My wife and I looked for houses a few years ago and James helped us through the process. We didn't find anything we liked, so we put it off for a while. When we were ready to buy again, James started off right where he left with us even though a few years had passed and he didn't skip a beat. We ended up buying a for sale by owner and James was able to assist us through the unique purchase with ease. We spent a lot of time with him looking at dozens and dozens of homes before finding the right one!

Very helpful in finding out what our budget was, and how to get pre-approved for the home loan we needed, as well as being able to find which homes suited us best. Also great in helping us once we decided to build and buy new, and finding a realtor with the builder that worked well with us to fit our needs. He worked well in tandem with the builder's realtor to really help make sure we got what we wanted and didn't get jerked around. We really enjoyed working with the Martin Home Team, and are grateful to my parents who referred us to them. Both James and Wendy are amazing to work with, and had they not moved to a different state, we probably would have asked them to sell our home once we are ready to move again.

James is a wonderful hardworking guy! When we decided to sell our house he was the man to turn to. he was always so helpful and on top of things and never left us in the dark about any information! Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone!!:)

James Martin helped us with our first house. He was extremely patient and caring. I could easy say that he became our friend because he gave us tons of advice when other realtors didn't, and he helped us in all steps. Every time we needed help he was there. He is the best!
